What do we need to do and how?

We need to do no more than is necessary. ICT is a global industry and as such the industry and its customers will largely drive the adoption and exploitation of ICT by businesses, public services and citizens. Our strategy has identified the principal barriers to this and has clarified what industry and public sector organisations are already doing regards these. We have highlighted the issues that still require action.
