Land and Buildings
LSEP Chief Exec fixes into place the final piece of timber to clad the building.
The LSEP's six theme areas support businesses and organisations to achieve economic growth that will help to reduce inequalities in the region, improve the quality of built and rural environments and create economic advantage using Leicester Shire's great diversity.
The Land and Buildings theme helps to create the right conditions for existing and new businesses within and outside our area to invest in Leicester Shire in a sustainable way to create jobs. To achieve this we need to have the right quality and quantity of land, buildings and infrastructure either planned or in place. We also need clear guidelines as to the nature of development we believe enhances our quality of life.
