To achieve our vision of a knowledge economy in Leicestershire, Information Communication Technology needs to ensure that every person and every organisation in Leicestershire has the ICT skills and knowledge to utilise and exploit ICT at work, in the home, for learning, in public service delivery and elsewhere.
