Our goal for Digital Communications is to create a digital communications infrastructure in Leicester Shire where everyone can access broadband services, at a level, cost and quality that equals the best available in comparative (competitor) areas in the UK. At the same time it will offer world-class communications and managed ICT services for selective flagship sites.
By 2010, we would like everryone to have access to competitive broadband on high-speed fibre Ethernet networks at speeds of 10Mb/s or greater.
