LSEP Publications scheme

The Board of Leicester Shire Economic Partnership meets every six weeks. Minutes of the Board and supporting papers are available via email or post.
Making recommendations to the Board are five sub committees:
- Programme Sub Committee
- Audit Committee
- Nominations Sub Committee
- Human Resources Sub Committee
- Communications Sub Committee
Minutes of these committees can be made available via email or post where appropriate.
They each have terms of reference (Communications Strategy in the case of the Communications Sub Committee). These are available via post or email and are currently being reviewed.
The LSEP produced the Leicester and Leicestershire Economic Regeneration Strategy in 2003 which clearly set out its vision for 2012. This document is available via the website and is updated on an annual basis. Electronic or hard copies of the latest version can be made upon request.
A business plan is also agreed and monitored by the LSEP Board. This is available upon request.
The LSEP produces an Annual Report to coincide with its Annual General Meeting in the autumn. This is available via the website www.lsep.co.uk, a copy can be supplied electronically or a hard copy is available through the post.
The Annual Report contains financial information but more detailed accounts are available if requested by email or post.
The LSEP produces a quarterly newsletter that is mailed out to contacts that have expressed an interest in the LSEP and emailed via an electronic distribution list. The latter is used for LSEP projects. The newsletter is available via the website and a hard copy can be posted on request.
Details of each LSEP supported projects are available via the project directory on the LSEP website and through the post if required. Additional details can be supplied by the LSEP or the projects themselves if requested. Many have websites of their own and provision for meeting requests for information.
LSEP projects such as City Growth (www.cgsleicester.info) and Leicester Shire Intelligence (www.lsint.info) have there own unique websites and will comply with requests where appropriate.
On occasions the LSEP will produce additional material which will be handled in the most suitable way under the FoI Act.
